To troubleshoot this, make sure that all cables are securely plugged in and that your modem and other network equipment are properly connected.
  • You can also try restarting your modem and router to refresh your internet connection.

  • Unplug the modem from the power source first, then disconnect the router.

  • Wait for them to power down completely before connecting the modem back to the power source.

  • After it boots up completely, connect the router and give it some time to boot up completely.

  • Check on the Eero website for internet outages.

Once you’ve done this, pay attention to the Eero LED light to see if the issue has been resolved.
